Do not order your furniture here before you regrets ! They have unfair and unreasonable policy that if you want to get refund by their rack of providing right information to customer. They are going to not refund you as long as you pay 20% cancelation penalty for the item you never even recieved. I purchased sofa from website . and they told me to wait more than 2 months that they do not have any stock (sold out). The website did not even notice that item was sold out. I agreed to wait for it, because I already made the payments. But their Website still shows that item is still in stock. In the middle of time I checked process of my order's shipment. one of staff told me that they listed item on promotion with good price and then they took payment from customers first, and order bulk container from china. that was why they still put sofa in stock but saying it is sold out but still selling to customer and then they gonna say, its going to take few months to recieve. it is something they must provide information to customers before customers make a payment. I definately do not support business make lies to customers.

Avoid at all costs. This store is after a quick buck and does not care for repeat business. Lost my 10% deposit then upon seeking another item lost another 10% before i could even buy the new item. Online order page was down so had to make payment over the phone. Worst experience i've had hands down. Will happily take future business to Amart or other. At least ive got positive customer experince there.

Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I experienced regarding my recent mattress purchase. The mattress is too high for me and is causing discomfort. When I contacted the area manager to request an exchange, he was very rude and unhelpful. He did not listen to my concern or offer any solution. I felt very disappointed and upset by the way I was treated. I am simply asking for assistance to exchange the mattress for a more suitable one. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed by senior management and that I be contacted with a fair solution.

Gemma was amazing, we bought a lounge and she went beyond to get what we needed quickly, we ended up coming back and buying a dining set through her. She was attentive, listened to our needs and never pushed for just a sale. She helped us find what suited our spaces and dealt with my relentless calls and indecisiveness.
