I’ve been to parramatta fayt store twice now and the customer service is exceptional! Some of the most genuinely kind and hard working women there! It’s not just the amazing clothes that keep drawing us back…it’s the workers! THANK YOU

Just wanted to write a review because my visit to the store felt like such a positive experience. From entering, the layout, the staff being so helpful, I noticed the clothes even SMELL nice when I tried on my dress at home & the price point. It was my first time buying something from fayt and I can’t wait to get more ☺️

I’m leaving a review here as Fayt don’t accept seemingly negative reviews on their website, which is misleading for other customers. I recently purchased the downtown pants in black and unfortunately after one wear, they pilled. I have the grey pair and didn’t have this issue, but it’s clear that the black (as part of their latest launch) are made with a cheaper material. I contacted Fayt about this and whilst they processed a partial refund (without even asking me what I would like to happen), they placed blame on the me and general wear and tear, which is compelling given I’ve only worn them once. Fayt were of the view that a partial refund was a “gesture of goodwill” and that I should be grateful, as pilling is normal. Whilst I accept pilling will happen over time, I expect much better after spending $100 on a pair of pants only worn once. I hope that Fayt actually looks into this and considers how they respond in the future. I’ve loved shopping with Fayt in the past, but after this experience I will need to build trust with this brand again. I’m more than happy for Fayt to contact me again to resolve this matter. I've been a loyal customer to Fayt for a while now and I just had to write a review about their Parramatta store! I went in today just after their viral Marnie Dress and I'm so glad I did! The store is always so clean and it smells amazing! They had such a wide range of pieces and I love how it's all colour coordinated! The girls that assisted me today were so lovely and I really love how helpful and friendly the staff are. I never fail to have such a great experience while shopping in Fayt even if I don't end up buying anything. I love this store and Fayt so much! Will be back again and again! 🥰

I have had been anticipating an in-person visit at a Fayt store for YEARS!!! Coming over from Perth WA, I was grateful to find my way on the easy breezy transport system to Fayt Parramatta where I was greeted with the brilliant Izzy. Customer service 10/10, felt like my friend was helping me and was genuinely interested in conversation with me! Its the no KPIs 😉 If I didn't have a limited baggage allowance I would've bought the whole store! The experience was fantastic from start to finish- the quality, the sizes, the FIT of the clothes, the earthy tones I ♥️ so much. I will be making a bulk online order for delivery to my home state. Shopping experiences can leave me depleted, feeling like my body is the reason I can't dress how I would like BUT Fayt clothing has made me realise the clothes are the problem 💁‍♀️ These pieces are staples, an investment in your wardrobe, can be styled up and won't be wasted space in your wardrobe! One tip- if youre a gal that overestimates sizing based on terrible chain clothing store expereinces ...you'll probably be just as surprised that you need to size down!
