The Parramatta store is fantastic! It’s large, well-organized, and always fully stocked with all the essentials. I love coming here for high-quality basics, especially their formal trousers and smart casual pieces which are perfect for work. The self-checkout system makes paying super quick and seamless. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Uniqlo Parramatta. I have been a regular customer and have always purchased my clothes from this store, which makes this experience even more upsetting. Today, the store was very busy and crowded, which I understand can happen. However, despite the large number of customers waiting, there was only one cashier and one checkout counter operating. I waited patiently for quite a long time and stepped slightly aside near another counter that appeared to be opening. When another staff member came to open the second counter and called for the next customer, I approached, assuming I would be served next after waiting for so long. Instead, I was told that I should have continued waiting and the staff member asked another customer to come first. I found this interaction dismissive and disrespectful, especially after patiently waiting in a crowded store. Good customer service is not only about efficiency but also about treating customers with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling offended and unwelcome. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and I am now reconsidering returning to this store a

I've always had a positive experience with this UNIQLO branch. I like the brand itself because their clothes tend to be well designed and made (the t-shirts in particular are breathable and made out of great fabrics) and the seasonal rotation is fun for a change now and then. The staff are also consistently friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great Quality and Service It offers great quality clothing with a clean, minimalist design. I really like the fabric and finish of their products — especially basics like T-shirts, jackets, and winter wear. The style is mostly East Asian-inspired, so not everything suits my fit or taste, but there are still plenty of good finds. One feature I appreciate is their pants alteration service, which is free above a certain price. As someone who often struggles to find the right length, this makes shopping much easier. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with sizing or information. I do wish they had more frequent sales or discounts, but overall, it’s a reliable store for quality everyday wear.
