We’ve visited Fifty Lan in Chatswood multiple times now and always end up ordering the same two drinks, the ice cream black tea with half sugar and half ice, and the classic bubble milk tea. Both are so delicious! The quality is also very consistent, and our drinks have tasted great every time we’ve visited. As a Taiwanese, I’m also really proud and happy to see a Taiwanese brand like Fifty Lan come to Australia. Bubble tea is something many of us grew up drinking in Taiwan, so it feels quite special to have a familiar brand here and be able to enjoy those flavours again. It’s also lovely to see Taiwanese bubble tea being enjoyed by so many people in Australia. Definitely one of our favourite bubble tea spots, and we’ll keep coming back!

Best bubble milk tea now in Sydney at Chatswood! This famous milk tea is from Taiwan. Their tea is fresh, rich & aromatic. They use fresh milk, best & yummy boba & herbal jelly.

Fiftylan was a great bubble tea spot and a really pleasant surprise. As someone who enjoys a good bubble tea, I have tried plenty of places, so it takes something a little special to stand out from the pack. Their mini pearls classic drink was so good, and it came down to one simple but crucial thing: you actually got pearls every single time you took a sip. That might sound minor, but anyone who loves bubble tea knows how frustrating it is when the pearls do not come through properly. So many other places get this wrong. Either the pearls are blocked by a mountain of ice, or they are too big and awkward to sip through the straw. Fiftylan nailed it by using mini pearls that flow through with every mouthful, giving you that perfect ratio of drink to pearls throughout. It is those little details that show a place really understands what makes a good bubble tea, and Fiftylan clearly does. That consistent, satisfying sip from start to finish makes all the difference. If you are a bubble tea lover after a spot that gets the fundamentals right, Fiftylan is well worth a visit. I will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend.
