For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.
Opening hours are published for 2 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 amβ8:30 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Fiji Style Desi Dhaba AUST PTY LTD Liverpool on 0403 692 511; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its Google rating stands at 3.2 out of 5 from 143 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Liverpool is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Getting around Liverpool is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Public transport and ride-share apps such as Uber and DiDi operate across New South Wales's larger cities.

Service quality is now embarrassing! It's all about them eagerly taking your $$$, yet they don't even deliver great service or quality of food. Entree is not as advertised nor what is expected to say the least, she gives excuses on item ordered to what is served!! Then come to the main meal! They should change the menu item of "lamb curry" to "lamb BONE curry, as the bowl is just full of bones & liquid and hardly to no meat on the bones at all, yet expects full payment!! ALWAYS DEFENSIVE when asked questions or told of disgraceful service on the food served, not being up to standard and as advertised on their menu. WE ARE NOT GOING TO WASTE ANYMORE $$$ at this restaurant! There are way better Fiji-Indo eateries around. This one has unfortunately lost its charm, its quality of food and customer satisfaction.

I usually donβt leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. Visited this restaurant with high expectations, but the service was downright pathetic. The staff were inattentive, disorganized, and showed zero interest in making the guests feel welcome. We had to call them multiple times just to get basic things like water, menus, and even to place our order β all of which took an unreasonably long time. What shocked me most was being charged for an extra plate. Yes, an actual fee just to share food β no explanation, no prior mention. Itβs ridiculous and feels like theyβre trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers. For a place that lacks basic hospitality, this kind of nickel-and-diming is unacceptable. Definitely not going back, and wouldnβt recommend it to anyone who values decent service or transparency in billing.

The curry was ok , but unfortunately the service was really slow and the decor is looking tired and in need of an upgrade. Have been here before and unfortunately I don't think we will be visiting again any time soon. The servings were quite small for the price your paying. Chicken and goat curries with rice plus chutney $22-25 (No dhal or papadum/roti included). To be honest there are other better Indian restaurants nearby offering way more at value at the same price. Disappointing.

I give 3 stars for taste. The food did taste okay.. The service however was terribly slow. I was asked to order same dishes for multiple people so it can be fast tracked. This place hasn't changed in the past 10years. The portion is small. Yes it is pricey. I ordered as I thought the portion size and quality must have changed. I paid over $180 for 7 people. The food presentation is messy. $22.50 for lamb curry with 2rotis is definitely overpriced but curry was decent. However the chopsuey and chilli chicken dishes were very small portions. You can literally count the pices of chicken. I won't recommend and definitely wouldn't go for another 10years. Chowmein portion also small. I have attached pictures if you want to contemplate. BTW it's always better to take feedback on board and work on it. But after reading all the reviews it seems this place will never improve. If you improve on quantity and a little more on quality service approach this place will rock.
