Great gym. Staff are friendly, my first time taking my fitness seriously, i will say seeing an instructor once a week makes a huge difference, a worthwhile investment. Not only improves my fitness but my well-being as well as my self worth. My instructor Vincent is incredibly helpful though I'd suggest all the instructors here would be a worthwhile addition to your routine. Go for it 💪

JC at reception has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. No matter how long it's been since my last visit, I'm always greeted like family. Even when busy, JC is kind, helpful, and happy to answer questions. Having staff like JC cheering us on makes a huge difference and motivates me to keep coming to the gym. I'm sure many other members feel the same way. Thank you.

Fitness First Chatswood has done a fantastic job with the recent renovation!! The gym now feels much more spacious and well laid out. The facilities are excellent, and the equipment is top quality and well maintained. The swimming pool is a great addition, and I absolutely love the Reformer Pilates room it is such a standout feature 😍 The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and always approachable. Management is also easy to talk to, which makes the overall experience even better. To top it all off, having a great physiotherapist and a café onsite is incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this gym for over 10 years, so time to update my review from 7 years ago. Great gym. Even better with refresh that looks about 90% complete now. Range of facilities and classes diverse enough for all, with plenty of Personal Trainers if interested in upping your game or keeping you committed. Almost all the equipment has been replaced (new machines), with flooring, lighting, lockers etc makeover in last month with a bit more work to go. So if you have visited before but not in the last month check it out. Staff and trainers are all friendly. Since others are calling out their recommended Trainers, I'll recommend Jason. Great motivator. Love the regularly changing programs tailored to match your specific goals. He's the one in front of the mirror (where PTs love to hang). Also shout out to super effervescent and friendly Eva.

I am new to this gym. I used to go to the Pitt Street Fitness First, so I thought the two gyms operated the same way. I went to the gym tonight for a swim. I left the swimming pool area at 7:00 pm and assumed the female change room was still open, as it is at Pitt Street Fitness First. However, a gym staff member named Ryan came into the female change room and started yelling at me and other customers, saying that the gym was closed. I asked him to please be polite and explained that I would leave as soon as possible, but he continued to yell at me multiple times. I also explained to him that I am new to this gym and was not aware of the change room closing time. I suggested that the gym should clearly display the closing time on the female change room door so that members won’t get confused in the future. Despite this, he kept yelling at me and another customer. His behaviour was aggressive and unnecessary. I left immediately after I understood the timetable, but I was in such a rush that I lost my bikini in the gym. At first, I thought only certain areas, such as the swimming pool, would close earlier—not the entire gym. I was also confused because I thought this was a 24-hour
