Had a lot of issues with a booking through Flight Centre Online and despite not strictly being within her remit, Lucy Williams at Balgowlah solved them for us. Can’t rate Lucy highly enough. She spent a long time sorting things out for us. My advice - don’t use Flight Centre Online but go and see Lucy instead

Great experience. I had Jack Lawless helping me out find the most reasonable flight ticket right after the middle east war started. I was in flight centre in the morning and reserved a flight with Jack, later at night when I checked online the same flight was 3x more expensive! Thankfully Jack was holding it for us at the morning price which saved us thousands of $$$ :)

Only just posting this now but we had a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka in December and then on to the UK over Christmas organised by Emma Mogensen. Sri Lanka was hit by a cyclone just a week before we were due to leave. Emma got straight on to the tour operator and was able to reassure us that our itinerary could still be safely followed. Emma is the absolute travel GOAT! She's arranged a number of holidays for us, both in Asia and Europe. Somehow she always manages to accommodate our often complex requests, whether it's room configurations with multiple family members, or very specific flight timings. She is very quick to respond and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. She has just been very helpful in advising us in regards to flights we had booked for June via Doha which we hadn't even booked with Flight Centre. Emma will always be the first person I contact when I plan an overseas trip.
