I would like to write a review on Melanie Heaphy -she has been unbelievable in everyway not only is she extremely professional, she is an absolute legend - she goes beyond the normal customer service and I am so impreseed with everything she has done to assist me and my family, which beleive me we always tend to have some kind of nitemare issue for example my husband left his computer in the hotel in Hawaii - Melanie found it and had it returned, my son missed his flight home from Japan - Melanie organised a new flight as he was needed home asap to get on a flight to Sumatra - she is such a nice person to deal with and nothing is too hard for her she always does it with a smile and is so so helpful - she has organised many trips for us now and have all been perfect - we will be returning shortly to orgainise our next trip to Sri Lanka and then eventually to Ireland. I highly reccommned anyone who needs a Travel associate to orgainise a special holiday for you Melanie is the one. Many thx Melanie - Cheers Sarah Garling

Karl Tailby has curated many family holidays for us. From Italy to Paris to Thailand and more recently Japan. Karl’s got such knack of knowing what our family needs, ensuring we see all the highlights, and taking care of all the little things. We can’t rave more about Travel Associates service and professionalism.

Karl and the team really looked after us. Our European holiday was amazing thanks to the attention and care we were given when booking. Karl made sure our personal needs were met and offered many ideas when planning our trip. He knew exactly what we would like in regards to flights, accommodation and sightseeing excursions. Knowing he was available while we were away was so reassuring if we had any questions. Their app was so accessible for non-technical people like me! I would thoroughly recommend them for anyone looking at booking a holiday anywhere! Their extensive knowledge is a credit to them and their agency. Thank-you Karl😉

Having not previously used an agent I was unsure of the experience however Ruby went above and beyond to ensure a seamless trip to Uganda for my bestie and I. We specifically wanted to go for the gorillas but she was able to provide us with many other wonderful recommendations for things to do on the way including a few days in Zanzibar. Thank you for your attention to detail, care and advice Ruby! We’ll be back for the next adventure.

Karen was so efficient and flexible. She understood exactly what we wanted and thought of everything we may need. Being a busy person it is so helpful to have someone who just sorts it all out and listens to what you want out of the holiday.
