Moe Tayyar was absolutely fantastic in booking our trip to Vanuatu! We hadn’t had a great experience from a previous travel agent in the past and Moe was recommended to us through a friend . He was polite , efficient and very knowledgeable. We will definitely book through him again ! Cheers Moe !

Oh my gosh, that was the smoothest and easiest process I have ever gone through when booking a flight. My girlfriend and I tried to go through Qantas yesterday and it was an absolute nightmare. We were trying to line everything up online and things just were not working out. We walked into Flight Centre at Town Hall on George Street and Alex literally worked out exactly what we needed within a couple of minutes. He even helped check a couple of things regarding my passport and nothing was too hard for him. Fantastic customer service from start to finish and such a stress free experience. I genuinely appreciate having all that stress taken away. I would only ever come back here again to book a flight in the future. Thanks again Alex!

I always prefer booking my flights with Flight Centre. Mr. Moe has always been very helpful, and the entire team at the George Street branch is professional and supportive. Keep up the great work, everyone.

We booked our first trip to Mexico with Heidi. Nowadays its easy to book your own flights etc, but if you. run into difficulties or need to change your travel plans suddenly, that's where a good agent comes in. The recent extreme weather system with snow and ice storms which hit a large part of the USA was right on our return trip. We needed to avoid Dallas FW as our transit, and Heidi was fantastic at searching and organising for alternate route via San Francisco which worked out brilliantly for us. Because the weather disruption was so long and so widespread, hundreds of people must have been scrambling to secure alternative routes. We would have been stranded for days, but Heidi was so helpful and fast at securing a better route home. It was such a relief, we were back in time for work, and avoided the chaos. Couldn't recommend Heidi enough, you know you are in good hands. Thank you Heidi

Incredibly grateful to Moe Tayyar for helping me plan my most recent trip to New Zealand. He was helpful and patient with my questions about different tour groups/itineraries and very quick with booking and responding to enquiries. And I certainly had a wonderful time!
