I have used Flight Centre Parramatta a couple of times now for my holiday trips. The service provided by Brett Haynes in both occasions has been exceptional. I always go to him for all my bookings. He is very approachable and polite when handling any queries. Not everyone there is as good as him.

Shout out to Curtis Shannon! He already got 5 stars from me for his help with my original booking, and then hit 10 stars for his efforts when I had to reschedule my flights! Nothing was too much trouble. His combination of expertise, professionalism and personable manner is an asset to flight centre. I usually book my own flights and but I am so glad I didn’t this time 🤩

Rude indian guy at the cash exchange booth. Very dismissive. He clearly saw me walk in and stand behind the people he was already serving. After the people in front of me left it was now my turn. He didn't even ask if he could help or assist me. I waited for a few minutes and noticed he didn't say anything. So, I walked closer to the desk and said, Hi, I'd like to book a flight. He waved his hand around like one would when you shoo something away, and said, take a seat, I asked, where? he said anywhere, I asked, here, pointing at some bar stools, he said in an annoyed tone, anywhere, this is a cash exchange. He said something after that but I didn't quite hear it clearly. He was visibly annoyed with me because he wanted me away from his desk/booth. I was the 4th customer from the time they open. The day was just getting started and he was already rude, unattentive and dismissive. I'm wondering how many other people who have had a bad experience with this guy. My apologies to the other worker, a younger gentleman who had glasses that said, Next please! With a very friendly smile. Because I was upset at the cash exchange guy, I said to the guy with glasses, That's okay, I'll go to an

I would like to thank Jayde from Flight center (Parramatta) for her very friendly and also professional service. She was very patient in answering all of my queries and questions and making sure that I get the best and the cheapest deal without wasting time. I was in and out of the flight center in less than 20 minutes. She also went out of her way, giving me some information about her own personal experiences on the destination I am travelling to.
