I am very impressed with the sincere service provided to me by Sharon while purchasing my air ticket from Flights Doctor travel agent. I understand, she is very customer focussed person at the Flights Doctor company. I wish she can continue such diligent works for the customers in her coming days which will be better for the Flights Doctor company.

We received fantastic service when booked 2 India tickets with Flights Doctor through Sarah (ext 1118 ). She was easily contactable via the Flight Doctors Instagram and phone number and helped us secure a really great deal for our tickets. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, she was easily reachable and very resourceful and helpful! We had a slight delay in the payment after getting the quote because of some technology/network issues (as we were out of Sydney), but she was very understanding and helped us lock in the flights at a reduced price still. Tickets arrived promptly with our meal preferences included too. Sincerest thanks to Sarah and Flights Doctor, would highly recommend booking through them!

Flights Doctor give a remarkable service. I was fortunate to have Austin to take care of everything for me. He was absolutely professional in his manner. He is one to take care of all matters and resolve any problems. He is results orientated and kept me informed as to what he was doing during the process to avoid any misunderstanding. All my requests for most convenient flight times, seat allocation through to luggage were granted. I will be using Austin for all my future flights and I highly recommend him for a job well done. You won't be disappointed.

We were assisted by Stella (Ext 1113), who was very calm and helpful in helping us book tickets to Europe at a reasonable price. She was very patient with us for hours as we asked all the questions and gave us thorough and detailed answers regarding everything. As such, we reached a well-informed decision and were confident about where our money is going. I would 100% book with Stella again, as her attitude and professionalism is very reassuring for any travellers looking for the best deals and an incredible holiday.
