Everything is absolutely fantastic. The staff are so attentive even making me custom mocktails to my palette. The executive lounge is wonderful and the staff are even better. They attend to everyone and drinks are delivered quickly we only stayed one night but I would definitely go back for the view alone we could see the bridge and opera house from our room. From the second we arrived I felt relaxed and well cared for. Imediatly our bags were taken care of and the staff directed us to check in which was swift. They explained everything in the hotel amazingly and we went to our room to settle in. The room was immaculate and the staff who brought our bags up attended to our every need. I have never had such a fantastic experience in a single night of a stay. The hotel is beautiful and the amenities are easily accessible to everyone staying. We had a flight the next day so we asked if the hotel could store our luggage for a short while they said yes and even gave us a late check out free of charge. The whole experience was well managed and everything felt very organized I loved our stay and would highly recomend to anyone visiting Sydney.

I’ve stayed in a number of 5-star hotels and the Four Seasons truly impressed me. The location alone is hard to beat. It’s within walking distance to the Opera House, MCA, and the CBD. On lazy days, we took the light rail from Circular Quay. The front desk staff members were attentive and professional. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but didn’t have to wait for long and our luggages were looked after carefully. We booked the full harbour view room and it didn’t disappoint. It’s not very large, but not small either. They provided 2 luggage racks in the room, which really helped to keeping everything organised. We were celebrating a special occasion and the bottle of red wine delivered to our room, along with a handwritten card was a really nice touch. The most impressive part was the housekeeping. Our room was always clean and the turndown service in the evening was a full service. They emptied the bins, changed towels, tidied up the bed, restocked supplies. They also left a few nice touches here and there, like a microfibre cloth for my sunnies, a cord organiser for my charging cables, and extra water bottles. We never had to ask for coffee pods, milk or tea bags, as

A massive letdown for a Four Seasons property I really wanted to love this stay, especially after such world-class experiences at the Four Seasons in Amman, Mumbai, and Jakarta, but the Sydney property is just nowhere near that same league. The trouble started at check-in. The receptionist honestly didn’t seem to know the rooms well—she told me my room didn't have a bathtub when it actually did. I was also told a higher floor wasn't available, but after I got to the room and called back to follow up, one "magically" opened up. It’s frustrating when you have to fight for a basic Amex FHR benefit that the staff should be offering proactively. The lack of effort continued with the service. While the InterContinental and Shangri-La (where I stayed earlier this week) both provided thoughtful welcome gifts like Prosecco or fruit, there was absolutely nothing here. Housekeeping even missed my turndown on the first night. While they apologized the next morning, the rest of the stay just felt ungenerous and uninspired. The only real bright spot was the food. The breakfast was excellent, and the in-room dining was actually great—delicious, high-quality, and very generous portions. It’s
