I stayed there last week for about 10 days. The good thing is the location of the hotel and the reception staff were friendly and kind. However the cleaning service is below expected. The concierge need to improve with there service they missed the type cab I asked for. The breakfast menu for a 5 star hotel is very limited and always the same. If you improve in these. It will be amazing to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and made us feel right at home. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The standout, though, was definitely the view. Waking up each morning and looking out over Sydney's incredible skyline was something special. Seeing the Harbour Bridge and city lights from our suite made the experience even more memorable, especially at sunrise and again after dark. It's one of those views that never gets old. The location is also hard to beat. You're within easy walking distance of Circular Quay, The Rocks, the Sydney Opera House, great restaurants and public transport, making it the perfect base to explore the city. A wonderful stay all round, and we'd happily return the next time we're in Sydney. Highly recommended!

It’s a nice hotel. The bellman were all wonderful and so helpful!!! The rooms are spacious and large. They forgot the welcome gift until asked and checkout was 10am - Accor Platinum and was only given until 11am which was not ideal given checkin on the first day was only given so late from 2pm too. The housekeeping was very good when they came however multiple times we had to contact them to clean room as it just got missed. Constant interruptions during day from the mini bar people which was frustrating as we were working and taking meetings during day. There was one day where we had 5 people knock on door - I asked for the mini bar to be removed to no avail. The upstairs pool and spa was lovely. It was nice and hot and the sauna was fabulous with an amazing view!!! The alacarte breakfast was exceptional and staff there were 10/10. Food was brilliant!

We had a wonderful stay at The Sebel. Thank you to the front desk team for arranging an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. A special thank you to Benjamin, who helped us with our luggage and kindly took photos for my parents. He was incredibly friendly, professional and made my parents feel very welcome. We were visiting Sydney to celebrate my parents' 30th wedding anniversary, and the kindness of the staff made our stay even more memorable. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend The Sebel to anyone visiting Sydney. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality.
