Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Sydney follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. For a private hospital and paying such high fees for a procedure, one would expect proper treatment. The admin, nurses, staff were cold and rude. The experience was stressful. Wouldnt recommend this hospital

I had my egg retrieval done here. The private hospital staff varied. Some were lovely but some were absolutely atrocious. Not just unpleasant, but hostile! I asked for one to help me to my companion because they were disabled and couldnβt come to me themselves. The hospital staff asked rudely βhow disabled are they? So they canβt walk at all?β How humiliating! To have to beg the attendant to come down in the lift with me to meet my companion and have to denigrate my companion saying they were unable to walk. It took the staff member less than 5 mins to take me down. I timed it. There were plenty of staff doing nothing! Then telling me they would never help me like that again and would make a record on my file! Because I dared ask (very nicely!!!) for someone to come down in the lift to meet my disabled companion who couldnβt walk! And worse is I could hear her complaining about me to her team while I gathered my things to go downstairs. Yes what a sacrifice for you to help someone because their companion is disabled! I can assure you my compassion would love the ability to walk easily. They felt embarrassed they couldnβt help me themselves. They would gladly trade their body fo

I recently had my egg freezing procedure at City Fertility with Dr. Devorah Lieberman, and I truly couldnβt have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, cared for, and completely at ease, something I never expected as a naturally nervous patient. The nursing team were absolutely outstanding. Their warmth, professionalism, and gentle reassurance made such a difference. They anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Devorah Lieberman is exceptional, calm, confident, and clearly brilliant at what she does. She took the time to explain everything to me, made me feel safe and cared for, and the results speak for themselves, 17 eggs at the age of 39 successfully frozen! I couldnβt be happier with the outcome. The clinic itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over Sydney Harbour, which added such a sense of calm and positivity to the whole experience when recovering. Everything was immaculately run, and I could feel how much precision and love went into every part of the process. I left feeling grateful, empowered, and deeply cared for. I canβt thank Dr. Lieberman a

From the moment I arrived I felt clam, safe and well looked after. The staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for me. I met with several members of the team prior to my procedure and had the opportunity to ask any questions. The facilities are fantastic and everything ran smoothly and on time. I am so incredibly grateful for the kindness and care I received. Thanks so much to everyone involved, 5 stars from me.

Absolutely amazing place. As soon as you arrive you are greeted warmly by the staff and nurses. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have a pleasant experience. Gateway's location is very convenient, 2min walk from Circular Quay station or they offer discounted parking also very close. The views from your recovery room of the opera house and the harbour bridge made me feel really relaxed and more like a little getaway than a clinical drab concrete building most hospitals look like. All the doctors, nurses, scientists and admin staff are all amazing and offer you the highest care. 10/10
