Went in today after hurting my ear on a shore dive. The receptionists were all lovely and gave me a call before my appointment as I'm a first time patient. Dr Micallef was also amazing, very knowledgeable and determined to get to the bottom of my problem. I hope to never have another diving injury, but if I do, I know exactly where I'll be seeing a doctor!

Came one hour before closing no doctors “all our doctors have gone home for the day”. Rude staff don’t bother with this useless why bother saying your open till 5:30?

I booked online for a very important appointment for myself well in advance and the initial receptionist cannot be more confused and incompetent. When I booked online I went through the prompts to select that I was a new patient and selected the available time slot for one of the doctors. The reception called me only less than 24 hours to my scheduled appointment time asking me to reschedule because the doctor won’t be available at the time of my booking. I was very confused and disappointed because if the doctor wasn’t available at that time, why was the slot on the booking site available for people to select? I called the centre back and said that I received their missed call to reschedule the appt and she said she couldn’t find me in the system. At this point I’m not sure if I was the confused one or her because how do you message me to reschedule and when I called back you said I don’t have an appt at all? She eventually found it and rescheduled me to a different day. When I went in (a different receptionist- Violet who was a lot nicer and helpful) said I don’t have any appointments at the centre. I was speechless because you cannot possibly messed up this bad for an appt that

The service is very good and friendly. The receptionist works quickly. I went to see Dr. Jeremy Choy. He is knowledgeable, gives good advice, and performs procedures very well and gently.

The new offices are fabulous! Comfy seating, clean loos and there is also a water cooler. The medical centre is accessible via lift and escalators. Located across from the Light Rail stop at Wynyard, the entrance is just off George Street. Dr Choy is wonderful and the front desk staff are gems, Vi is great!
