For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.
Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. The most common schedule is 10 amβ8 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The staff working are quite immature. Especially the younger bloke called Victor and the girl he was laughing with while trying to take my order. The tea itself wasnβt bad, however because he was distracted, the order wasnβt quite right either.

Clean store, nice comfortable seating. Has kiosks to order. Prices are reasonable, typical for Gong Cha. My almost 1L drink was just over $11 with added pearls. Good range of menu and new things get added very often. Better customisation than many bubble tea places, like sweetener instead of sugar, different ice levels etc. Wait was very quick.

13/02/2026: In response to ownerβs reply β¦ all business hours Horrible business. Plays the loudest music you have ever heard in your life to entice you to purchase one of their putrid drinks. Stay out unless you want your eardrums permanently perforated

The glasses guy was so rude. He got my order wrong then he blame on me by yelling at me that he repeated 2 times. Then aggressively threw my wrong drink in the sink. I ordered green tea, very simple. He replied jasmine green tea? I said yes. The after he got it wrong which was Earl grey, he yelled at me. That was funny. Lucky I wasn't going to ruine my night by yelling back. If I could, I would not even give any star. 27/04/2025 5:50 pm

Iβve ordered honey green tea many times, but this time, it had lemon in it. Iβd like to kindly request that cups are not reused, as this could have caused the issue.
