About Gong Cha Westfield Sydney

It's Tealicious

Located at Shop 5016, Westfield Sydney, 188 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000, Gong Cha Westfield Sydney operates as a bubble tea serving Sydney in New South Wales. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Eating out in Australia ranges from beachside takeaways to hatted dining rooms, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. If you have dietary needs, most kitchens will adapt a dish if you ask. Licensed venues serve alcohol; BYO places let you bring a bottle for a small corkage fee. Tipping is appreciated but never expected.

Opening hours are published for 1 day a week. Typical hours are 10 am–7 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, gongchatea.com.au.

Its Google rating stands at 2.7 out of 5 from 82 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Sydney is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Traffic in Sydney peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the unit or street number up to the suburb, state and four-digit postcode; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A nice place providing good service in an ideal location such as Westfield Sydney. The Mango Smoothis was dead so refreshing. A great place to Visit on hot humid days.

Excellent customer service! This one is always busy as the location, but the staff were so patient. Tiger and Kiki helped to customise this drink for my son. He’s so happy with that. It’s totally out of the expectation.

Been to many Gong Chas all across the country and overseas. Was told that this level of toppings was β€œnormal” when I went back and asked. (There are coconut jelly AND pearls in this drink) Here is the one they gave, compared to the amount I receive from others.

Gong Cha makes good bubble tea, but it is just my personal preference that I am not a fan of bubble tea. I ordered the Royal Pearl Milk Tea. I thought it had a nice, strong tea flavour and had just the right amount of milk in it. I also liked that you were able to choose how sweet you wanted it. Staff at Gong Cha were happy to customise the tea and drinks to your liking. They appeared happy and cheerful. All staff were working hard, and service was efficient, friendly, helpful, and courteous.
