I know most places uses AI receptionist these days. What I like about Goodminds is they have a real person answering your calls and questions. Their team is friendly and helps me with appointments changes when I am stucked. The psychologist I was seeing has retired and they helped me find another whom I was able to connect straightaway. Highly recommend.

The only good this about this place is the receptionist. I honestly don't think I have had worse clinicians before this. I feel scared to have appointments. I understand that 10 sessions are bulkbilled but I think it is worth it to pay a little extra for someone really good. I am sorry. I don't recommend.

It's been very hard finding someone to talk to my daughter due to her young age but she loves her sessions at Good Minds with Nicholas and she looks forward to them. She feels very comfortable and feels like he is truly listening to her and the sessions have helped her confidence a lot, thank you Good Minds and Nicholas for being a listening ear for my daughter.

Probably one of the worst psychologist places ever very inexperienced psychologists and then they tell you that you've used up your Medicare sessions even though you never had the sessions honestly the worst. Not to mention the manager or owner is very unprofessional non-stop emails you harasses you very very irritating

Booking was easy enough, but I didn’t enjoy my session. The counsellor got up for a drink, seemed disorganised and I saw mostly the top of her head, as she looked downwards in a darkened room. I felt no connection or rapport at all and she talked incessantly about a family member who was something big in the medical field. I ended up having to listen to her go on and on and it was embarrassing and off-piste.

My experience with the team at Goodminds hasn't been like a few others here. I have had a pleasant and good experience. My current Psychologist is nice and friendly, has great knowledge and lets me speak my mind freely when I need to.

Service is good if you need accessible psychologist help quickly for a chat, but there are definitely better, more professional psychologists out there. The psychologist I saw was unprofessional and offered opinions and criticisms on my personal life, assuming things about my life that were not true. They interrupted me while I spoke and overall was not a great experience.

I've had a wonderful experience booking and receiving bulk billed psychological support with Good Minds so far. Had my first session today and immediately felt at ease and in very safe space to discuss diverse topics with my therapist, which has rarely happened in my past experiences. As someone with chronic illness often physically unwell, I often feel more comfortable at home, it helps build rapport much easier and reduces the physical strain of getting around the city. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking to book in to see somebody.
