Irene Au-Yeung is the terrible clinical psychologist I met. Actually the problem we're match or not doesn't too matter but the worst thing is that she blame me back and expecting me to just forgive someone who hurt me?! Yeah I know I made a mistake too but the way 'this person' who hurt me really responded in a way that affected me at the beginning until I need to go to psychologist and need some therapy for my healing journey! I thought clinical psychologist will be more helpful too but no! DON'T LOOK A PSYCHOLOGIST WHETHER THEY ARE CLINICAL OR REGISTERED BUT LOOK HOW DO THEY ASSIST PEOPLE TO SOLVE THEIR ISSUE! I mean you are even a clinical psychologist but your problem-solving is almost zero?! Expecting me to just forgive this person who even affected me so bad (I know this person may accidentally did something that affect me so bad but it's not that easy for me to forgive him, I am already mentally exhausted)?! YOU DON'T EVEN ASK ME MORE DETAIL ABOUT ME AND YOU JUST GIVE ME SOLUTIONS THAT'S EVEN FAR LESS THAN SURFACE-LEVEL SOLUTIONS?! And I paid the psychologist service like for nothing because of this. But thankfully I got a much better REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST from New Vision

Although Jon can't help me any further, I found him to be an excellent psychologist who was able to report on my case fairly. Jon clearly has experience in a whole range of issues and was good at supporting me and treating me with respect. Kudos to the team at New Vision Psychology!

Definitely one of the top psychology clinics in Sydney. I've been to a few over the years but have remained with the same therapist in their CBD and Chatswood locations. Always a consistent experience with good customer service. They truly care and that means a lot especially in this day and age.

Brought my son here for an ADHD diagnosis. Surprised there wasn't a long waiting list like everywhere else. Jon is clearly very experienced and we received the results quickly. It's been very helpful and enlightening. Would recommend this to other parents.

My daughter has some depression after lockdown. We had a couple of visitings recently with Dr Pauline Kottina Hall. She is extremely patient and professional. I can see a lot of changes on my daughter. Also thanks to the reception Chloe for arranging the appointment for us. Highly recommended!
