I am very pleased with my experience with CUA Blacktown, specifically with Ms. Shereen Ali. Shereen from CUA Blacktown assisted me with my car loan and she was so helpful. She explained the types of products they have and helped me look at all my options. Shereen is very efficient; she submitted my documents as fast as she could. I was expecting the loan to take up to 5 days to process but my car loan was approved and released within 3 days. Shereen kept me posted by exchanging emails and calls, making sure I am updated and always welcomed any questions. She made sure I understood the terms and conditions of my loan and also helped me get the best rate for my car insurance, home content insurance and private health insurance. Very friendly staff at CUA Blacktown and highly recommended. I definitely will pass on a good word about Shereen and the Blacktown branch to my friends.
