Don't bank with Westpac! I waited with my mother for 1.5 hours because the 2 bankers were having a long chit chat with their customers. The other customer service staff never came to offer my mother water or anything. They too were bludging and hiding behind their computer. And she is 75 and she nearly fainted coz she was so hungry for waiting so long. I told her, to think about leaving Westpac and go bank with CBA. Because I know we would have been given 5 star service and fast assistance at commonwealth Bank.
