It was a sad day losing our old Puss Puss today but at Greencross the nurses and vets were so caring and gave him some dignity in his last moments. With a calming atmosphere we held or fur baby and calmly said goodbye. My husband and I left with paw prints and a memory not a scar. Thank you lovelies🥰 😿💜

I recently brought my dog, Lucie, to Greencross Vets Corren Avenue for surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. When I first arrived, I honestly wasn't sure what was wrong with her, but the team was incredibly thorough in their assessment and quickly identified what she needed. ​What really stands out to me is the team’s genuine compassion. After Lucie was discharged from SASH, we had a follow-up at Greencross. Lucie is very sensitive about her ears due to recurring infections and allergies, and she can become quite scared and reactive when they are touched, especially when she’s already in pain. The vet was incredibly understanding—they recognized that she isn't an aggressive dog, just a very frightened one who has had many difficult experiences at the vet before. They took the time to handle her gently, which meant so much to both of us. ​The entire team is absolutely lovely. A lovely veterinary practice. A calm atmosphere. They have a cat waiting room - so comfortable and decorated with a cat theme. The examination room also calming, clean and the vet was professional and kind . My cat didn’t even notice she had her vaccination injection. I’m so glad I found this place! UPDATE: After our recent visit since Greencross Vet is now located in the Petbarn building. Importantly they have the same caring service and it still has a separate cat waiting room. The waiting room is no longer full of the nice cat themed things which I found quite calming. It is now very plain and minimalist. See new photo. I guess it has been updated to be easy clean etc. I miss the old environment though.
