Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion for our pets are second to none. We always leave knowing our pets have received the very best care. I just want to say a huge thank you to the entire team at the Penrith Veterinary Hospital. ❤️ My dog was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease back in May and has been under the care of Dr. Matt and Dr. Sharon ever since. Thanks to their incredible knowledge, care, and dedication, my dog is recovering really well, and I couldn't be more grateful. A special shout-out to Dr. Matt, who has been so patient with all of my questions (and I've had a lot!). He always takes the time to explain everything clearly and treats my little one with so much kindness and compassion. The vet nurses are also amazing—always caring, friendly, attentive, and so helpful. Every visit has been a positive experience because of the whole team's genuine love for animals. I honestly wouldn't trust my dogs with anyone else. They always put their patients' wellbeing first, and that gives me complete peace of mind. Thank you all for everything you do!

First time taking our very anxious cats Beau and Bella to this Vet and the entire experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We were able to wait in the car for the appt and Dr David came to get us when he was ready. He was calming and caring for our fur babies. When you are owners of shy and anxious animals any outing can be stressful but I would 100% recommend to all the pet parents out there. Thank you!

Dr Justin was amazing with our cat Finch - very thorough and honest, even fitting us in for a last minute, same day appointment. Felt very comfortable and confident with advice. Will certainly be coming back (hopefully not too soon!). Thanks everyone! 😻

We can’t thank Sharon and the team at Penrith Veterinary Hospital enough for the care they’ve shown our 14-year-old Kelpie, Coopa, over many years. Sharon has looked after him for a long part of his life and has always been incredibly caring, empathetic, and thoughtful in the way she approaches his care. She takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about both the animals and the people who love them. Having a vet who shows that level of compassion and understanding makes such a difference, especially as pets get older. We’re very grateful for everything she’s done for Coopa over the years.
