Chris and his brilliant team, Anu and Will were one of the most helpful and customer focused people we’ve ever experienced. They were patient and took the time to show us through their vast range of watches. They made us feel like long time valued customers even through it was our first time in their store. We ended up buying a spectacular Tudor watch, so it definitely won’t be our first and last visit. Thank you again for the excellent customer service!

Ellis made everything so comfortable and easy with the process of finding my ring and then when the time came to propose back, finding a ring for my fiancé too! He was patient and so knowledgeable and his recommendations were better than I ever imagined our rings to be. They match in a way that suits both of us. He went above and beyond for us. Had such a great experience at Gregory Jewellers in Bondi Junction. This was actually the first time my brother and I had bought a watch in person because we've always purchased online, and the team made the whole experience awesome. Big shoutout to Cece, William and Ellis for looking after us. What stood out the most was that even though we weren't buying the most expensive pieces in the store, we were treated with so much respect and kindness. There was zero pressure, they were super knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all our questions and let us try on different options. Cece is an absolute character and made the experience even more enjoyable. We ended up walking away with two Tissot PRX Powermatic 80s, an ice blue one for me and a carbon dial for my brother, and we're absolutely stoked with them. Whether you're buying a watch, jewellery or just browsing, I'd happily recommend these guys. We felt genuinely valued as customers and will definitely be back. Thanks again to the whole team.

I initially went to David Jones to purchase a Tissot PRX that showed as in stock online, but the service there was pretty limited. I was advised to check Gregory Jewellers instead, and I’m genuinely glad I did. Cecy was absolutely fantastic from the moment I walked in. She took the time to show me a range of options, let me try different pieces on, and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. She even offered drinks and patiently adjusted the bracelet multiple times to make sure it fit perfectly. What really stood out was the level of care after the purchase. Cecy followed up the next day to check if I was still comfortable with the bracelet and invited me back to readjust it if needed. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Gregory Jewellers, and a big thank you to Cecy for going above and beyond.

I had a great experience with Ellis adjusting the links on my Tissot watch. He was professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care and precision.
