A big thank you to the Midas team especially team member Patricia. From not knowing much about engagement rings the staff were so friendly and welcoming making the experience and process so simple. After a consult and recommendations with Patricia I knew what specific specifications I was going for and was amazed with the end product, it was everything I ever dreamed for to give to my future finance. I highly recommend Midas to anyone thinking about an engagement ring as I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much team, I consider myself a pro with the 4 C’s now 😉

Andy, Anna and the Midas team are absolutely outstanding. Their customer service is second to none always friendly, attentive, and so knowledgeable about what they do. Every experience with them has been seamless and enjoyable, and they consistently go above and beyond to make each visit feel personal. The quality and craftsmanship of their pieces is truly exceptional. I had a fantastic experience with Midas Jewellery, especially working with Andy. I wanted to create a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend, and Andy was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. I showed him the design I had in mind, and he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He even showed me their workshop where the custom rings are made, which gave me a lot of confidence in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The whole team was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The final ring turned out absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Andy and the team at Midas Jewellery for making such an important moment even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality jewellery and custom-made pieces.

We needed our wedding bands on short notice, due to a family situation that required us to move our wedding day forward urgently. In one short visit, we found exactly what we had both wanted. In sizes that fit so we didn’t need to wait for resizing. The team at Midas were sweet and accommodating to our situation and gave us incredible service and attention. We weren’t expecting to find our forever bands that day on such short notice, but we did and we are in love with what the team helped us find. I will cherish my ring for life and it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the support of the team at Midas. This is a big, emotional moment in any couples life, but especially for us because we needed to have so much done in such little time. Andy and his team made this part of our wedding preparations easy, joyful and ultimately perfect. Thank you to these wonderful humans.

Popped into to inquire about engagement ring resizing and they were able to do it within a couple of hours! Amazing service, super friendly and my ring was returned sparkling and a perfect fit that day! We didn’t purchase our ring at Midas but I will go back again in the future after such a positive experience! Great job team!
