Nina, the senior hairdresser, truly made my day! ❤️ I chose her for my graduation hairstyle and I’m so happy with the result. I asked for a wavy Korean-style look, and she did such a wonderful job. The hairstyle suited me so well, and my friends kept complimenting how good my hair looked. It honestly made me feel so confident and beautiful on my special day. Nina was very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. Before I left, she even congratulated me on completing my studies, which was such a kind and genuine gesture. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Nina, especially if you’re looking for someone for a special occasion. Thank you so much, Nina!

Left pretty disappointed and honestly came home feeling quite sad. I’ll let you decide for yourself looking at the pics. 1. The inspo 2. What I got (after a home wash and air dry) 3. What I usually get (My hair naturally curls when cut properly). Wanted to try a new haircut ahead of my birthday, found Hairzone last minute, highly rated 4.8 stars and seemed cheaper. But even for $90, it doesn’t feel worth it. The layers start very low, I mainly have two lengths (one mid-length, one long) instead of soft, blended layers. There’s very little transition from the fringe. A lot of thinning was done, but it didn’t add much texture, and neither the ends nor the fringe were point cut to soften the finish. I was already questioning my decision during the hair wash, as water and shampoo repeatedly went into my ears and I had to wipe it away myself. The ladies were genuinely lovely, which makes me feel bad leaving a negative review, but unfortunately the haircut itself was a flop.🥲

Absolutely loved my haircut! The hairdresser was so bubbly, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. She was also very professional and paid great attention to detail. I left feeling so happy with my new hair. Highly recommend if you want great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Absolutely loved my permanent hair straightening done by Susan. She was so kind, professional, and made the whole experience very comfortable. I got the hair package, wash, treatment, style cut and blow dry. The hair wash was so good, if I had longer, I’d almost want to pay the lady extra to keep massaging my head/hair for longer 😅 Nina was my hairdresser, she was super lovely and did a great job. Very reasonable prices. I would go back! The place is a little hidden underground, but I found it easy enough.
