Absolutely awful service. I went to return a package and the website only gave me the option to use Hubbed, so I booked this store as the drop-off because they are listed as a registered Hubbed location. When I arrived, they initially refused to take my parcel, even though they are literally signed up as a Hubbed drop-off point. After I explained this, they said they were “doing me a favour” by accepting it and then charged me to print the return label. A few hours later, they dropped the package back at my door… without the label I had paid for, and with a note. So my return was never processed. They were unhelpful, reluctant the entire time, and didn’t even provide the service I paid for. If they don’t want to handle Hubbed returns, they shouldn’t be registered as a Hubbed drop-off location in the first place. Now I can’t return my order at all because Hubbed won’t let me change the location and this store won’t accept it. Why charge me for printing a label and then not give me the label? Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible experience.

Gave us the wrong medication, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Went there with a script for eye drops for my 20 months old son, and they gave us ear drops instead !! I didn’t check and put ear drops in my son’s eye for 2 days before realising !! When I came back to complain, they said it was fine and that you can interchange both, but I then saw 2 different doctors that said ABSOLUTELY NOT and those ear drops should NOT be put in the eyes. Now my son has strong eye irritation and god knows what will be the long lasting impacts.. he is not even 2! Instead of acknowledging and apologising for their mistake, they just denied and said it was all fine. This is negligence and dishonesty from a healthcare practitioner. I have filed a complaint to the NSW pharmacy council. I will make sure they can’t exercise anymore. Do yourself a favour and just cross the street to go to Bondi pharmacy - avoid this one at all costs.

Friday 7:53pm yet it's dark and closed. Open hours wrong. Correct them and Ill happily adjust the review ;) wasted customer time though. Since the hours are also depended on by people picking up parcels, with which the pharmacy has a contractual agreement, and temhe hours are not adheres to, I give it 1 star, not 3 as I did based just on google open hours. The parcel pickup hours were not adheres either. Edit: Saturday morning, next day. I slept nearby in my car to get the parcel in the morning. When I mentioned to the sales lady and (presumably) her son (teenager) that they were closes whilst gmaps / FedEx / TNT all indicated open, instead of apologising they questioned why I ordered a parcel to that suburb. Then, they spent 5 minutes looking till they found the parcel. Once parcel found, and I showed emails from FedEx, and text message from TNT and read out the tracking number (with which they eventually found the parcel), and showed my ID matching one of the two addressees... They asked for a different number whichwasn't on the FedEx email or TNT text message or anywhere else. Having showed everything to identify myself I took my property and left. I ordered some tests plus medication from here via uber eats for delivery as I was too unwell to drive ($50 order). When I received my order they had given me the wrong items (they had packed some correct items and some wrong). I rang the pharmacy and they told me to request a refund off uber eats which I tried and uber would not refund me. I then had 4 different phone calls with the pharmacy where I spoke to the manager (who was very rude) and also to the Pharmacist in charge (who was somewhat more helpful) and each time we spoke they said they would come and drop off the correct items to me shortly. This went on over and over again over the course of 4 hours (first they said an hour, then it was another 45 mins, then it was another 20 mins…) . They just would not turn up when they said they would. The last call I made the pharmacist told me his manager doesn’t have a car so she needs to wait for her parents to pick her up. How is this my problem ?! Just give me my refund and I’ll order it from another pharmacy - but they refuse. Don’t ever order from this pharmacy !
