I’ve finally found a grooming salon that’s perfect for my Coton! I’ve never been 100% satisfied with Coton haircuts in Sydney before, but after moving to Chatswood, I decided to try this place because of the great reviews and now I totally get why you need to book well in advance. They were absolutely amazing. The grooming turned out beautifully, and the owner genuinely adores dogs, which made me trust them even more. You can really feel how much care and love they put into their work. Highly, highly recommended!☺️

I live on the Northern Beaches and have been taking my little Cavoodle Isobel to Happy Paws Pethouse in Chatswood ever since I got her over a year ago now. Isobel has enjoyed a range of day services there - from grooming to daycare - and I’ve had a lot of positive comments from people in my area on how well maintained she looks. During this period I have also been in and out of hospital myself and had to travel interstate several times to support & sadly bury sick, elderly relatives interstate. I suspect Isobel must have spent at least a good month altogether boarding in Chatswood last year. This has almost always been needed at short notice & Jessica & her team have always graciously accommodated us. This was never my plan, as Isobel’s first ever 2 week Stay & Train boarding experience at Hanrob in Duffys Forest mid last year was not good. She was shaking and crying in some of the update videos they sent me and she came home more nervous than ever. That has never happened with owner Jessica and her team in Chatswood. They treat Isobel to the life of a little princess to which she has become accustomed! I know my dog is a bundle of energy but can also be anxious and cling

I brought my two cats to this shop for grooming and shower. The service here is absolutely amazing! I was a bit worried and also curious about how my cats were doing, but the staff was incredibly thoughtful and kept me updated with photos of my cats during the process. It gave me such peace of mind!! Both of my cats came back looking and feeling great. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies!

My anxious rescue dachshund came out immaculately groomed but most of all .. super happy ! I've never seen a dog look so happy after a groom. It's in a great location since you can grab shopping or groceries or brunch around Chatswood. The service is communicative, and the trim was everything we asked for (neaten up his long hair but keep the mane). My dog still smells amazing after 5 days ! Pricing is pretty on par with large franchises, but given how this place is a much smaller business that can provide personal care, the pricing is amazing ! Edit: Due to last minute changes and emergencies, we had to board Slinky overnight for two days. He was a little skittish due to his natural demeanour but he was very well taken cared off and even played with other pups! Happy owners ♡
