Similar to many of the other one-star reviews here, my experience with their service was terrible. I went in looking for a tank that was listed as in stock on their website. When I arrived, I was told it was unavailable but that they would have stock the following week. I came back the next week and it still was not available. I was then told to come back again the following week. I called before coming in again and was told it still was not in stock, and that the one they had received had already been sold. I asked if they could order one in, put it aside for me, and message me when it arrived so I could come and pick it up. I never received a message. Since the website still showed the tank as in stock, I ordered it online. A week later, I received a refund with no explanation. I called again and was then told I would have to wait months because they were waiting on the supplier. Overall, it was a complete runaround. The website showed stock that was not actually available, I was repeatedly told to come back, and there was no clear communication. Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend them.

Bought a plant here not very willingly, I felt very undermined and pressured to, added it to my tank AFTER cleaning it cause I just did not trust their tanks to be clean and it started literally like dissolving into my tank and caused my perfectly fine plants to die You could not pay me any amount of money to come back here. If this was the only fish store left in the world I would still not come back. Owner gave hugeee icky vibes

It says open online. Called them. No one replied. Thought hey let's try my luck. Went there and they had a sign out. BRB 15min. Waited a bit until the neighbour shop said they are closed. Be a bit more transparent with your opening times. People waste there money coming to you because your to lazy to update opening times. Extremely unprofessional...

Terrible service. Took a month to post an expensive aquarium test kit. Tried to contact them over multiple platforms to see when it will be shipped. Finally arrives only to find out it’s been used with multiple parts missing and testing solutions opened and half empty. Have since tried to contact them for a please explain via their inquiries on their website, through email and Facebook as well as phone calls with no response to any.

Best Aquarium shop around. Great variety and prices. The owner always takes his time to teach me about my tropical tanks needs(as I'm still learning) and is as honest as they come. Being in a wheelchair its hard to get someone who talks to me with respect and patience but I always feel welcome when I come. I now have 4 tanks in my unit. 2 fresh and 2 tropical and all look and are doing great thanks to Vas and his team. Thanks again SCA!
