We had a problem with a new microwave that obviously was caused at the factory and the staff were so kind and helpful. I cannot praise the staff involved highly enough, especially in the collection department where they went over and above to assist us put matters right. People are quick to complain but slow to praise so well done Balgowlah staff. 5 star plus.

Highly recommend this team as for great service and advice - We went in to Harvey Norman Balgowlah to buy a new fridge. Sandra gave us some great information and advice. We liked dealing with her, so we decided to buy a few more things that were coming up for replacement in our home. Before we left the store, we got thinking about our home Internet and security setup. We had a chat with the Technology team and realised they really knew what they were doing. Before too long Ryan came out to our house and gave us the most personalised, helpful service, accommodating our busy household along the way. It’s all things we just need an expert to get it right. All the Technology at our home is now working beautifully together. I can’t rate these guys highly enough. Big thanks, especially to Ryan for his time and expertise.

I recently purchased a dining table, chairs, and a lounge from Harvey Norman Balgowlah, and Jason and his team were fantastic to deal with. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable, professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout. Their product knowledge and guidance made choosing the right pieces really easy, and the service was never pushy, just supportive. Brand new dining table and chairs bought by us a month ago and my mother who is a senior citizen, sat on it and it collapsed. Guess what their response is? Their supplier has said they dont have the exact piece and they will send someone to repair it. How can this be repaired?How can any of our family members feel safe that wont collapse? I will be escalating this with fair trade as we cant take a chance and risk some injuries with their faulty line of products
