I bought this wonderful sofa bed. Not only looks very nice but it’s easy to convert into a bed. Staff at the shop were very helpful and nice. The process of the purchase was quick and with no hassle., Plus I had the best delivery ever! I was informed constantly of how my delivery was going, plus's I could check where the truck was. The guys were amazing, VERY polite , professional and quick.

What a wonderful experience we had with the full lounge lovers team. From the store manager to the delivery boys. And every moment we were update through a booking system. But most of all we absolutely love the furniture. We'll done you have nailed it!

I purchased the Hampton MKll 2 seater sofa in drift natural. I love it and it’s exactly as the photos plus it’s very comfortable! Jenny and James kept me updated with the delivery time. Thank you for making this an all over smooth process.

We were kept informed of the delivery date, reminded days before, given a delivery time window and then a time they would arrive. Seamless. Friendly, efficient, lounge installed and packaging away. Easy - from sales point to home. And the lounge looks fantastic!

I saw a spot of mould to the underside of the bedside table upon delivery. LL were gracious to swap this and understand my concerns that the timber was infected. My bookshelf also had to be returned as the glue was coming apart in various sections within 6m of arrival. The delivery duo are faultless. Always polite, respectful and careful in my home. They had to dismantle the large heavy bookcase and did it carefully and without me having to ask that they use floor protection. These two men are an absolute asset to any company that contract them. Very rare these days to find quality like these two. This is my third timber item purchase and I am absolutely relieved that Lounge Lovers has finally carried out Quality Control prior to dispatching. I know this has nothing to do with the store and believe previous issues solely lie with the team that assembles and boxes the furniture - likely overseas. For this review, I write about the 2m long Manhattan tv unit in walnut and matching -sideboard. These are surprisingly finished to a very high detail and I’m impressed. I have owned original Parker and Chiswell and feel that these are stronger and just as nice. A few minor downsides that
