I met Paul Contè for the first time today. I had recently heard quite a lot about this gentleman and it was all very positive. However I was pleasantly surprised by his knowledge personality and patience to listen. I was left feeling much lighter with direction and what I felt was good sound advise. He presented with some tasks to move me forward on a pathway that highlighted the positive steps to moving in the direction of South. Onwards and upwards, moving forward at last. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Paul Conte and Antonette Manuel made my TPD withdrawal process completely seamless, efficient, and far quicker than I ever expected. I’m Luke, a 40 year old from Sydney who used Paul Conte and his team to help me manage a TPD Payout. When your entire world is flipped on its head, and at 40 years of age you are basically told that in winning a TPD case the insurer and the law has no confidence in your ability to find a full time job with full time duties moving forwards for the rest of your life, and you are looking at an amount of money that on the face of it looks like a lot because it represents several years of income all at once…but stretched out to cover the rest of your life it really is not a lot at all, you are kind of stressed to put it politely. When you are informed that because the TPD payment is paid directly into your super and to access that money you will get a single one off withdrawal from it at a reduced taxed rate of around 20% of whatever you take out, you will rage that it’s an absolute travesty of bullshit because why couldn’t it be directly paid to your bank account instead? You are also getting hit with legal fees which you will gladly pay because without the legal aid you would just be outright screwed and not have the TPD payout, but there’s another 15% or so gone. I was recently fortunate enough to be put on to Health and Finance Integrated to seek their expertise in an area that was unfamiliar to myself.
