I had an excellent experience with IMB Parramatta. Dale initially helped me with my personal loan enquiry and was very professional, friendly and supportive from the beginning. Suzanne then assisted me throughout the application process and provided outstanding service. Suzanne was patient, clear, responsive and genuinely committed to helping me get the best outcome. She guided me through each step, explained what documents were required, followed up with the assessor, and kept me updated until the loan was fully approved. The process was fast, the communication was very clear, and they worked hard to get my personal loan approved smoothly. I was also very happy with the competitive low interest rate offered. I really appreciate the support from both Dale and Suzanne. Their customer service was excellent, and I highly recommend IMB Parramatta to anyone looking for professional and helpful banking support. I had a really great experience with IMB Bank Parramatta, especially working with Dale. Dale was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire loan application process. He was always very responsive, quick to follow up, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a big difference. My experience with IMB Bank was fantastic. Everything was made quick and easy to understand for me (as someone who has never taken out a loan before and have been a bit scared of all the choices out there). Everyone I had spoken to was so helpful and friendly, and the CSR I received majority of my assistance from was amazing! Dale from the Parramatta branch made sure I was well equipped with everything I needed from documents to important info - all within a timely manner too. He was so kind and polite and no questions were too hard for him to answer. Additionally, the rate at which I got my car loan for was incredibly low, which is only a bonus when it comes to a company with excellent service. I also ended up referring IMB to my sister and she ended up getting a loan from them as well. As part of this, I should mention IMB offers to pay $100 cashback to each person, which we ended up doing - a great incentive if you've got people around you searching for a good car loan. Overall, can't recommend them enough, 10/10 service :)

This was my first time applying for a loan with a new bank and honestly, I am so incredibly satisfied! The rates are low, staff are so kind and easy to talk to, they explain everything so clearly and efficiently! They made the process very easy and were very transparent with all requirements and the steps of the process! Highly recommend IMB, especially the Parramatta branch! Suzanne was so kind and easy to talk to, and so was everyone else that I communicated with during the whole process! I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone and will continue to utilise their services!
