I strongly do not recommend Dr. Nam Eun Kim. I found her to be insincere, disrespectful, and unprofessional, both as a person and as a doctor. There were also repeated mistakes during the consultation, which made me seriously question her reliability as a medical professional. The following is what I experienced during just one consultation. During my appointment, a parcel addressed to her was delivered. She opened it in front of me and continued the consultation while checking the documents inside. I asked, “Should I come back later?” but she said, “It’s okay, I can do both at the same time.” However, I felt very uncomfortable because she was clearly not fully focused on my consultation. I told her, “I can wait until you finish that, so please take care of that first.” After that, she seemed slightly annoyed and gave me the impression of, “Fine, I’ll listen to you now.” I felt that I was not being treated with proper respect as a patient. Furthermore, when she asked about my medical history and my family history, I explained that both of my parents had cancer and that my father passed away at a young age. DO NOT GO HERE. I’d rate 0 stars if possible. The receptionists are very impatient and rude and quick to cut you off even as you’re in the middle of explaining your situation, seemingly more eager to chat with each other rather than the patients. If you’ve never had the Asian Karen experience before, come here. Otherwise steer clear from the place. The doctors are pretty good from my experience, though I’ve only had appointments with 2.

Dr. Nam-Eun Kim — (Provider No. 52965579K） (Registration No. MED0000209600) “Visited for a skin condition on my sole. Doctor barely examined me, then proceeded to look up information on ChatGPT during the consultation — if I wanted an AI opinion, I wouldn’t need to pay for a GP. When I mentioned I’d already tried Lamisil (antifungal) without improvement, the doctor dismissed ringworm as a diagnosis and insisted on prescribing a steroid cream instead. However, I later discovered she had ALSO prescribed Lamisil Cream at the same time — completely contradicting her own reasoning. When I pointed this out, she took back the Lamisil prescription without explanation, leaving only the steroid script. Throughout the consultation, the doctor was eating snacks, drinking, and reading her own documents. Paid for 15 minutes of professional medical advice. Got ChatGPT and contradictory prescriptions. Would not recommend.”

Avoid Dr Sheau Wen Wendy Low at all costs. Absolutely the worst doctor there ever was. She was very arrogant and incompetent, spent more time trying to prove that she was right than looking after her patient. I would give her zero start if I can. In general avoid this medical center if you can.

Waited more than 40 mins to see Dr. Liz Zeng, which has made the whole experience extremely stressful and annoying. Arrived at the appointment time, checked in with a receptionist and was asked to sit down to wait for the doctor to call me. 20 minutes later, nothing. Had to follow up as I was on a break only from work. Checked with another receptionist and was told the first receptionist was waiting to see my Medicare card — I wasn’t aware that, 20 minutes wasted, no communication. Waited for another 25 minutes after that, finally got to see the doctor after about 45 minutes waiting! What’s the point of having an appointment? If a patient was late for that longtime, would you wait for the patient?? What’s the point of having a manual check-in process if no clear communication made by your receptionist?
