This medical centre is ridiculous, do not come unless you have a whole full day to waste. We have waited more than 90 minutes behind scheduled time. What is the point of the booking system if your efficiency won't pick up with your system.

I went to see GP Stephen Howe twice in the last four weeks, he found my problem and called to make appointment for me to X-ray and referred specialist. I am now recovered and I should say he is skilled not like other GP just check Google.

The receptionist here are exceptionally rude, I already scheduled a vaccine shot with the nurse and another receptionist over the phone while this other lady was asking me useless questions while also speaking poorly about me to her colleagues. This is not the first time my family and I have received poor customer service from their reception. I understand that healthcare can be demanding and busy, but at the same time asking patients useless questions and giving them poor attitude because they are unsure of procedures will not help with their job at all. I hope to see a change in reception attitude the next time my family and I come.

Worst doctor. Dont ever come here. Better wait for the best doctor rather than you go to Doctor didnt do anything. We had Dr Steven Howe he just checked my daughter for 5 mins only and straight away he gave us antibiotics. ( standard consultation should be 15 mins) but we stayed there 5 mins only.

I recently called this clinic and experienced the receptionist speaking over me continuously, without giving me space to explain my situation. The way she spoke on and on without letting me get a word in could make anyone feel small and unintelligent. The tone was dismissive and abrupt, which left me feeling unheard, stressed, and confused. I was trying to make a minor name change on a mental health care plan, and the way I was treated made the process very difficult. I hope the clinic considers how staff interact with patients, especially those seeking mental health support, so others don’t feel dismissed or disrespected.
