The facility has gone downhill since new ownership took over, due to neglect and a total lack of maintenance. In the gym, you can’t even touch the EZ bars without your hands getting covered in rust, and the court equipment is just as bad. They swapped out the Dr. Dish machines for cheap alternatives, while damaged nets and broken rims take way too long to get fixed. It’s not the high-quality facility it used to be.

Been a member for 2 years since it was owned by AUSA. This place was good until HOUSE takes over. Instead of fixing the Dr dish machines that got some issues, they changed all the machines to Siboasi brand that works way worse than Dr dish (can’t even pass a ball constantly and properly, can’t choose to shoot multiple locations in one session e.g 5 shots on left 5 shots on right then repeat) and they also chose the model that do not count the attempts and makes while that brand got one with that feature (looks ugly and old fashioned tho). Quite disappointed as they charged more for the membership fee than AUSA but at the same time downgrading the machines.

This place is a rip off. I am going to complaint to NSW fair trading with regards to their cancellation policy. Please be careful if you need to terminate membership at this place. Have been a member since April 2023 and recently put membership on hold from 15 Dec to 12 Jan. Due to change of circumstances, I called them and comply with the one month cancellation notice. However, I was told that I can't cancel my membership since it is on hold. I either cancel my hold and give them one month notice, which means I have to pay them one full month membership despite not using the facility. Otherwise, I can only cancel upon completion of hold period. Will never return to this place.

Chatswood AUSA is by far the best AUSA facility there is. And the best option for anyone trying to play basketball as its 24/7 access accommodated all routines with shooting machines, pickup and spacious court. Plus a fully kitted gym. Staff nice too highly recommend.

Been born and raised in Chicago basketball was everything, when I moved to Sydney 12 years ago, I always wanted to be able to go to a facility and play ball at any time. AUSA is a sensational facility for any gym rat who loves basketball and wants to play at any time, I highly recommend this facility. I live and breathe the sport and by far this is the best place for basketball in the city. Hands down. My son is six years old and this is the only place he wants to play. 🙌🏾
