We came to Hoyts Mandarin Chatswood for date night and loved it. The recliner seats were incredibly comfortable, the cinema was clean and modern, and there was a great range of snack options. The whole experience felt easy, relaxing and enjoyable. A perfect spot for a movie date night. We’ll definitely be back!

The cinema itself is alright, but my seat was really bad and we weren’t told in advance that my view would be had obstructed. I had a very disappointing experience (below is a photo of my view of the movie)

We had another amazing experience with your team and this is why I will definitely continue to keep having more party events here. You ALL are awesome 👏 ———————————————————————— Love Hoyts mandarin centre. Was clean and pleasant. The chairs are ALL recliners. They always have really good deals compared to other locations. We watched Trolls with the children today and that was $11 each! Omg! Crazy family school holiday saver prices. Also if you purchase at the location you save $10 off booking fees. Look at me save! More money to buy snacks! Lol Also had my sons birthday here. Great package deals compared to Timezone and jungle buddies. Had around 14 boys. The manager and team were amazing. The party area was preoccupied with another group of children but they made sure my group was still looked after and occupied. The boys didn’t even notice. They also threw in an extra 4

Very impressively renovated (I hadn't been there for a long time), the place is stunning and impeccably clean and tidy, would have to be the cleanest cinema I've seen. All self service these days except for the bar I think? So many empty seats due to the current climate, but there's so much space it's really not an issue going to the movies IMO...Certainly no social distancing issues. If I'm honest the audio wasn't amazing and a little underwhelming, but maybe since I was seeing a 40 year old movie (which in itself was awesome to see on the big screen) without the same surround sound?, but I feel that still could have been better, otherwise great picture and comfy reclining seats with good space.
