Absolute disgusting by the service aisan lady at front counter might be named Lisa . She is being so rude when asked about procedures to open a bank account. I walked out straight after having conversations for a minute didn’t wanted to see her aswell . Other banks do treat u well but this one pathetic . M Never gonna be part of this bank after seeing their employees acting unprofessional..

I would like to thank Ashwini at the HSBC Chatswood branch for her excellent customer service and expertise. Ash helped me setup some new accounts in Australia, link them to my accounts in the USA, showed me how to use the App, and explained all the different products to me. She went above and beyond and made this step in the process of moving home to Australia from the USA so easy. Thank you Ash and HSBC!!

Speechless. Absolutely no service. The lady at the service desk simply wants to turn customers away and do nothing. I came all the way to the brunch because I prefer human assistance and at the end she asked me to do things online by myself. No wonder AI may take over human jobs.

I understand it was a Saturday, but to just turn me away because ‘none of the bankers’ were in and I therefor couldn’t withdraw money because my card had not yet arrived in the mail, was a waste of time on my part. Lucky for Apple Pay, or else I would have had no means of supporting myself over the weekend.
