We had inconsistent billing experiences at this clinic. Our older child was charged $110 for the initial consultation and $70 for follow-up visits, even after seeing a different GP. However, our 4-year-old child was charged $110 for three consecutive visits, including a follow-up appointment with the same doctor. When we asked for clarification, we were told that changing doctors resets the consultation fee to the initial rate, but this was not applied consistently within our own family. We are concerned about the lack of transparency and consistency in the billing process. Patients should receive clear and fair explanations regarding consultation fees. We hope the clinic reviews its billing practices to ensure consistency for all patients.

Book appointment at 12ish, arrived on time and reception went like at least one hour wait, what your clinic can do better is simply message or call patient up and say will be an hour or more delay, rather than tell patient on the spot you know your doctor will be delayed. Not only your time is valuable, such a not responsible clinic

Highly recommend Hurstville City Medical Centre! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the nurse who gave the vaccination (sorry I didnβt catch her name) β she was incredibly gentle, caring, and really took the time to make me feel comfortable. The reception and pharmacy staff are also always nice and helpful, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Our GP, Dr Merry Chen-Lim has been looking after me and my family for the past 7 years, and weβre truly grateful for the consistent care and support. It really shows how important it is to have a reliable family doctor. Thank you to the whole team!

Dr. Cindy Tang has been our family doctor for 10 years, and our whole family has been seeing her ever since. She is extremely caring, professional, and her medical expertise is outstanding. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and provides clear, thoughtful advice. The front desk staff are also very friendly and patient, making every visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Tang and her clinic, and I strongly encourage everyone to come to this clinic for excellent healthcare.

Five stars for Dr. Merry-Chen. While you might need to bring a book for the waiting room, she is well worth the wait. Itβs hard to find a doctor these days who doesn't rush you through an appointment. She is patient, kind, and very detailed. Greatly appreciate having such a dedicated doctor in Hurstville!
