I wanted to try out the cafes at Westfield Parramatta to check which one serves the best long black coffee with the best value for money. So, today I start with Iconic Cafe. The long black is good with no sour after taste. Had a side of Sweet Potato Fries and it was delicious.

The Iconic Café at Parramatta Mall is a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality coffee break. The café offers plenty of seating, which makes it comfortable whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or planning to sit and unwind for a while after shopping. We ordered an iced coffee and a cappuccino, and both were really nice and tasty. The iced coffee was refreshing and well balanced, while the cappuccino was smooth, rich, and perfectly made — clearly using good-quality coffee. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were very nice, friendly, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our visit. Their warm attitude added to the overall pleasant experience. Overall, Iconic Café is a lovely place with good coffee, ample seating, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it if you’re in Parramatta Mall and looking for a reliable café to enjoy a great cup of coffee.

Fantastic Cafe in Lvl 4 of Westfield Parramatta Food was very tasty had the Japanese Scramble wich was superb and Wedges on the side Plenty of seating available Service was the good

While exploring the mall in tourist mode, I came across this little café. There were enough seats available in the arvo, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the Prime Cut Steak Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious, generous in size and could easily be shared between two people. It was fresh, healthy, and packed with veggies. 5/5. I also had their Chai Latte, which had just the right balance of spice and latte kick. It wasn’t overly sweet, though I did ask for a bit of sweetener. Still, a solid 5/5. A great spot to relax and enjoy good food and drinks!

⭐ Food: ★★★★★ ⭐ Service: ★★★★☆ ⭐ Atmosphere: ★★★★☆ I had a great experience at Iconic Parramatta, especially when it came to the food. Everything was well-prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. The coffee also looked great! The atmosphere was nice, making it a good spot to catch up with friends. However, the service was a bit inconsistent. When I tried to order at the counter, I was asked to sit down and order from the table instead. Unfortunately, I waited quite a while before being attended to, and my friend had to call the staff over. That said, one of the gentlemen provided excellent service, which made up for the initial delay. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return for the great food and relaxed environment!
