Hands down the best glasses I’ve ever worn. The fit is incredible and I noticed the difference straight away. The team at IIIS Newtown are next level. Super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on finding what works best for you. The service and professionalism are outstanding, and you can tell they really know what they are doing and what looks good. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Here's a warm, personal review you could post: I've been a client of IIII Optometrists for many years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Maria and Riad have looked after me through so many stages of life, always with genuine care, kindness and exceptional service. What sets this practice apart is that you're never treated like just another customer — they truly take the time to know and support their clients. Yesterday, I found myself in a stressful situation after losing my glasses just before an interstate flight. Maria and Riad went above and beyond, moving mountains to help me. They guided me through choosing new frames, organised replacement lenses incredibly quickly, and did everything possible to ensure I could travel the very next day without disruption. The level of personalised service, expertise and care at this family-owned practice is something very special and increasingly rare. Thank you, Maria and Riad, for always looking after me and for your continued support over the years. I'm incredibly grateful. If you're looking for an optometrist who genuinely cares, this is the place to go.

Amazing experience every time! I first came in a few months ago needing my glasses fixed urgently, and they were so helpful that I knew I’d be back. When it was time for a new pair, I didn’t even think twice—and I’m so glad I came back. Riad and Maria are honestly the best. Super friendly, patient, and really know what they’re doing. They helped me pick frames that actually suit my face, gave great advice, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was a kid, and this is easily one of the most comfortable and stress-free experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend for anything glasses-related! I've visited iiiii's Optique in Newtown several times now and can't recommend it highly enough. Optometrist Paul is exceptionally thorough and professional, delivering a truly outstanding standard of care. A special mention also to Maria and Riaad, whose warmth and attentiveness make every visit a pleasure. Without doubt, the best optical practice in the area.

Such a lovely experience getting my Lindberg glasses repaired here. Paid a fraction of what I was expecting, and they had it ready for me within days, too! The owner Riaad explained that the speed and the price were possible because he repaired the glasses himself. An honest business and a hands-on owner. They even kept a bag of dog treats on the counter! My dog and my eyes are very grateful. 🙏
