Great event venue in the heart of Sydney. Multiple rooms across multiple floors so it can be flexible in meeting the needs of different size events. The catering was superb, helping to make the event memorable.

I attended a summit here and kept thinking how well executed everything was. Not only is the location and ambience excellent. So were the attentive staff, catering and how well done the AV setup was (teleprompters, lighting, projection, audio).

Impressive new and modern conference and event centre in the heart of the Sydney CBD. It is nice to have a venue that is so conveniently located as opposed to Darling Harbour or Pyrmont wharves. Ilumina is directly above the new Martin Place Metro station. I attended the Smartsheet Conference. The check in was easy along with people stationed as wayfinding up to the correct level. The audio/visual and sound was excellent and all hospitality staff were professional. The curved display screens were a nice use of the structural columns. The food was very high quality and tasty. There were several barista coffee carts setup and a bar setup with juice and soft drinks at lunch. There were to be alcoholic beverages served at the end of day. My only suggestions would be the hot food was not kept warm at all. No gas burner or hot plate for things that contained meat. I don't think these were at a safe food serving temperature. There needed to be a lot more seating or high tables for the type of lunch served which required a plate and fork. The hand rails on some of safety barriers for the bleachers seating were not attached properly and seemed unsafe. It would have been good to open the d

Good place for larger gathering, good sound and visual system, food was good - however, with large gathering, patience is needed.
