Oh this is like an Edition Roasters dupe right here in Parramatta. Creamy & rich matcha that hits the spot. Will definitely come back for matcha and to try the viet coffee! Lovely setting as well

Iced matcha is on the thicker, sweeter side so it’s more like a dessert. Had their hot matcha, which was very clumpy and milky - would not recommend (see photo)

I googled must-try matcha cafes in Parramatta and came across this gem. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely barista who was friendly and happy to have a chat. I was asked whether I preferred sweetened or unsweetened matcha, which I appreciated. The almond milk was perfectly prepared and not overheated, which made a big difference. Overall, the service was excellent and the matcha was genuinely delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

There is an unsung category of café-type in Sydney: singularly operated spaces where the experience is so personal that it's almost a direct analogue of being invited into the Owner's home. Incoming is unassumingly that—a space to sit, enjoy specialty coffee and/or high quality matcha unpretentiously, and either enjoy some quiet mindfulness or the buzz of groups of co-workers and friends that comprise of the primary clientele. The Owner efficiently swivels within his bar space, handling many orders but still taking care and acknowledging ever customer that comes through the door, often with a smile, sometimes with a cheerful remark as it appears with regulars (of which there are many). Sample Coffee (inner west Sydney based roaster) is the main beans on espresso, milk and brews but the Owner also hosts a rotation of guests for quieter times when he can exercise some v60 pours or af hoc espresso dial-ins. Matcha is having a moment but Incoming's is legit. Not grainy at all and muting astringency with levelled sweetness and maltiness. Monday to Friday in Parramatta, this should be your go-to for a cuppa Joe break.

The drinks truly live up to all the positive reviews left here that I had read prior. Finding an iced matcha that stands out away from the cbd is not always that common however the iced matcha I received here was memorable and definitely something I’d visit back for! It was creamy, strong and simultaneously sweet. The kind that tastes naturally sweet. Their vietnamese coffee was also quite refreshing in the heat with a perfect balance of sweetness and espresso strength. I would’ve loved to try the food too however they weren’t serving any around an hour prior to closing (not a problem at all! but just a heads up that kitchen times may be different to opening times.) I would definitely visit again, a bit earlier next time to try the food :)
