My partner had a foot crush injury. It took them 4 weeks to make contact. They did not ring, just sent a text message that they will be here on a specific day, which did not suit us, partner communicated this and their reply was as per our contract we dont advise a time blah blah. Still didn't ring to discuss a suitable or convenient time, another text message sent. This company has no professionalism at all! You would think given the industry they are in they would be more compassionate and take time to communicate better. If we had a choice, we would not choose this company or recommend them to anyone. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ 5 stars to their person who delivered and assembled the equipment. Suggested he should be working for a better company.

Absolutely shocking experience with ILS service coordinator Rael and team. I have purchased many products from them over the years but once it came to the service and maintenance side of things I constantly received the runaround, excuses, wrong product item's sent out and turnaround times. This has left me with a toll on my mental health and a lot of subsequent stress and anxiety from the whole interaction. I would caution anyone choosing to use there service/maintenance services in the future. Completely unacceptable for a business of that size and capacity to put their customers through! Highly doubt I'll be using them again.
