Store is beautifully setup. Staff are friendly and helpful! I couldn't get a free item through my click and collect order but staff provided this in store without an issue. Prices are competitive. I will be shopping here in the future!

Received a dirty, dusty opened and expired sunscreen. After my initial complaint I was advised it would be replaced via express post. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no replacement as promised. I’ve sent several emails and was advised it was posted and gave me tracking from the original package I received. Now the company is ignoring me!! Terrible customer service experience, obviously love to scam customers. Do not recommend!

The sales person who attended my enquiry was really lovely. She knew exactly what I was after. But the main thing was that she was a breath of fresh air, smiling, greeted us with respect and processed my purchase without a problem.

I’m really disappointed with my experience purchasing Colour Dreamcoat from Oz Hair in Penrith. I’ve used this product for quite a while and know exactly how it performs, and unfortunately, the one I purchased from here feels completely different to the genuine product I’ve bought from other suppliers. The consistency, performance, and overall result just weren’t the same, which makes me question the authenticity of what I was sold. It’s frustrating because I was hoping to support a local business and have the convenience of buying nearby, but this has really put me off purchasing from here again. I can’t definitively prove it’s not genuine, but based on my experience using this product over time, something is definitely off. Really disappointing.
