For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.

As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. Its website is innitcafeandbar.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Surry Hills is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Surry Hills follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Had a lovely visit to Innit Cafe Surry Hills. It’s a small, cosy café, filled with cute, aesthetic corners that make it perfect for photos. The whole place has a playful, charming vibe, especially for anyone who loves teddy bears and cute details everywhere. The food was simple, comforting, and satisfying. We all ordered matcha, and it was really well balanced and enjoyable. One of the most memorable parts was the little teddy bear that came with the drink. It was such a cute touch, and you could even take it home, which made the experience feel extra special. Overall, a fun and feel-good café experience with great drinks, cute aesthetics, and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re into adorable cafés and matcha.

Last night, I went to Omakase Cocktails (Mixologists of Magic) with my close family members, and oh my God, it was hands-down the best experience we’ve ever had! The atmosphere was incredible, but what made it truly special were our hosts, Jackie and Gabrielle. They treated us with such warmth and sincerity that it felt like being hosted by our own family. The highlight was the cocktail journey—the interaction was perfect, and the way they explained every single drink as they crafted them was absolutely fascinating. It wasn't just a drink; it was a story! It made the whole night feel so elegant and intentional. I was also so touched by how accommodating they were to our special dietary needs. They actually went completely out of their scope to make sure we were taken care of, which shows how much they truly care about their customers' experience. The food was delicious and sophisticated, the cocktails were beautiful, and there was never a dull moment. We met some beautiful people and honestly didn't want the night to end. If you ever get the chance to go, DO IT. You won't regret it!

Such a fun and memorable experience! The Omakase Cocktail Night at Innit Café was incredibly well curated — each cocktail was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. You can really feel the creativity and care behind every drink. The atmosphere was relaxed yet sophisticated, and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, especially Jackie & Anjas themaking the whole night feel personal rather than rushed. It wasn’t just drinking cocktails — it felt like being taken on a flavour journey. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something unique, intimate, and a little bit special. Can’t wait for the next one!
