The teachers were helpful in providing PTE tips, structure, and guidance, which supported my preparation. However, the platform felt highly AI-dependent, especially for missed classes, with limited personalised support. In some AI speaking tasks, the first word was occasionally skipped. Additionally, although classes started one week after payment, course access ended based on the payment date rather than the actual start date, with limited flexibility. Overall, the teaching support was good, but a more student-focused and flexible approach would improve the experience.
