Worst experience ever. Ive been trying to book an exam for 5 days straight, payment never gone through always ended up as 'An error occured while processing your payment try again later'. I called pearson day1 after the first error, they said the pearson web is down and under maintenance. Called pearson day2, they told me to check my card (the card was fine, so is my other card that ive tried). Called pearson day3, they said there was no payment and that they see my booking, asked me to try again. Called pearson day4, they said the payment is processing and to wait 24 hours so i waited. Called pearson day5, they said they cancelled my payment because it declined and to wait another 24 hours. Now how am i supposed to pay for the stupid booking when the only payment method is online?? They dont accept payments in store? What a joke.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR EXAM AT THIS TEST CENTRE. I had the worst experience here. I received a lower score because of a technical issue with their computer. During the Speaking section, my headphones suddenly turned off. While the timer was counting down, the screen showed “Completed,” and the question was skipped without giving me any chance to answer. I immediately called the proctor, but she said that I had simply missed the time for the question. That was not what happened. My headphones turned off during the speaking task, and the system automatically moved to the next question before I had any opportunity to speak. After that technical issue, I could no longer hear my own voice through the headset for the rest of the Speaking section. I informed the proctor immediately, but nothing was done to fix the problem or investigate what had happened. I continued the exam despite the ongoing issue because I had no other choice. I reported the incident and contacted Pearson afterward, but they did not provide any solution or assistance. The proctor is Filipino, just like me, but despite explaining the situation clearly, I did not receive the help I needed. I wasted $500 of my hard-earn

Absolutely terrible experience. I lost $545 because of a minor mistake when entering my date of birth during registration. Despite having all my valid identification documents, I was refused entry to the PTE test and my entire test fee was forfeited. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no reasonable solution offered. A simple administrative error should not result in a customer losing hundreds of dollars. The policy feels unfair and designed to take money from people rather than help them. Pearson should be ashamed of treating customers this way. Be extremely careful when booking, because one small mistake can cost you hundreds of dollars with no refund and no second chance.

It was my first experience at this centre and with PTE itself. After reading recent reviews I got so discouraged and hesitant. Idk why people have done such bad reviews. The centre is well organised and staffs are friendly. My test results came within 6hours. And I got what I aimed for. Tbh, tests are stressful but with good preparation you can get the results you want. Yea you will hear noise from people speaking at the same time but it's just for a moment during the speaking test, see it as a positive thing that nobody will hear and judge you cause everyone is busy and focused and you should be too.

I would never book any test to this centre. The lady staff were very rude even with a simple question. The behaviour was like she is doing a favour on me while I pay nearly $500 to book the exam. She shouldn’t be any customer support role. Her way of speak needs to change. This types of impression effect on us before exam. Highly recommend Sydney Olympic park centre. Had a fantastic experience with the centre and staff.
