He was so incredibly helpful, thoughtful and insightful; helping me to choose a small number of exactly the right base pieces to get me started, as well as a super glamorous and beyond-perfect lounge chair on sale. I have been client of James Said for many years and have some beautiful pieces of furniture in my small apartment. All of Samuel's predecessors have been fantastic, however, Samuel is in a class of his own. Melbourne's loss is Sydney's gain. I am in the process of ordering a 'dream' piece and constantly refining. Samuel always sounds happy to hear from me and gives his professional advice which is always spot on. Having worked in front line customer service, I recognise outstanding service when I see it. Purchased this beautiful Eichholtz Monari Mirror with help from Micheal. He was very professional and went to the effort of producing a conceptual picture (also attached) of it when I told him the brand of the cabinet it would be over. There was ongoing communication with Michael as delivery got closer and it arrived very well packed in a padded box contained in an outer heavy-duty padded box and I just had it installed. It matched perfectly with the concept Michael produced. Would definitely buy from the store again and recommend Michael and the team most highly.

I have just received my Cactus Console; it’s beautiful and complements all of my other James Said pieces. Very high quality materials and it’s exceeded my expectations. The white glove delivery was crucial to getting this heavy piece in place.

What great service I received, A1. I made a purchase of a beautiful lamp that was 8-12 weeks lead time. There was unfortunately a delay in delivery, these things happen sometimes. I received an email immediately informing me of this along with a tracking number and link where I could follow the shipment. I was also send another email that the lamp was nearing Australia. Once it was received in the Sydney showroom, received a call to say it’s ready…as I was picking up myself. It was lovely going into the showroom and being greeted by the wonderful Mikey and also taking a look around. Thank you all involved!
