Brilliant service and friendly staff both on the phone and in person. You can wait while getting your tyres/vehicle repaired/serviced just as a starting point. They have free wifi and coffee/chai/hot chocolate while you wait. As I said brilliant, I will be a returning customer.

I often find it tough to find mechanics that I can trust not to overcharge and do a decent job. But I found it here. Their complimenary wifi and wireless phone charger are a nice convenience. Thank you team for your consistently excellent reliable service 👏🏼 👍🏼

Quick pretty seemless same day in same day out. Great communication at Jax Blacktown reasonable pricing on log book service and also helped my find the fault code for the auto electrican as they don't have one on site. Great advice from the boys 😄 fixed my Suzuki swift gl navigator, even put tyer shine on the Tyers for me nice gesture from Jax. Also get my Tyers from here for a great Price.

Was in the area and after having ordered Hankook Evos from another store and not getting a callback thought Id give Jax Blacktown a go. Was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, knowledge and friendliness of the team as well as the facilities in the waiting area which included a coffee machine and clean toilet. Would highly recommend

I had my commodore in on Saturday morning just gone for a pink slip for rego at Jax Blacktown. As someone who’s just moved to Australia I had no idea what any of this meant but the team at Jax made it so easy. My appointment was at 8am, they were on time, as I left I saw someone going to look at my car immediately. They then called me to explain what they needed to do and answered every question I had. The prices were honestly so so good and for the quality service received well worth it. The guy at the front desk although it was very busy still had time to engage with us and made me feel like my car was in good hands. He was nice and smiling and professional. It was easy to make an appointment and they have very very transparent pricing, no hidden costs. I’ll 1 billion percent go back every time and recommend to everyone I know. If you’re thinking of going anywhere at all definitely go here!!
